Barbara Galvin is the driving force behind East Coast Realty. She is highly proactive and committed to getting the job done right.
Barbara has lived in Jacksonville for 37 years, so she's extremely familiar with the real estate market in northeast Florida - where it has been and where it's going.
She's been a full-time realtor for more than 25 years and is also a licensed mortgage broker (for more than 15 years). This combination of experience means she can help foresee potential issues during real estate transactions and can prevent small problems from growing into larger issues down the road.

Janice Mullen has been a licensed realtor for 20 years. She's a resident of the Isle of Palms area, located along Jacksonville's Intracoastal Waterway, and has extensive knowledge of the canals, waterways...and homes...in this area. She also worked for 31 years in customer service with AT&T.
Thad Lowery has been buying and selling real estate in northeast Florida for 30 years. Thad grew up in Jacksonville and in the Jacksonville beaches area. As a long-time resident, Thad knows the neighborhoods throughout metro Jacksonville, as well as the rural areas of the city. He will be happy to assist you with all of your real estates needs.
